The Acropolis and its Museum, at the top of the world
Double award for Athens and its historical Altar.
The International press has shown particular interest and preference to Athens for the past few weeks and has, actually, awarded the city for the Parthenon, as well as, for the Acropolis Museum.
The first award derives from the American network CNN, which nominated the Acropolis second in the list of “the most beautiful monuments in the planet”.
Then, the Sunday Times who wrote that the Acropolis Museum is the third “best museum of the world” in their annual list of the 50 Best Museums of the world.
