A channel crew of the French television, visited the village complex of Ζagorohoria in the region of Epirus during the last few days. There, they carried out several shootings as part of a tv series concerning the beauties of the Mediterranean basin. The crew even had a helicopter at their disposal, in order to be able to convey the true beauty of the Timphi mountain range and the spectacular mountain peaks of Gamila and Astraka, as well as the uniqueness of the gorge of Vikos and that of river Aoos.

The French crew gives a boost to the promotion of tourism in Greece and a first class opportunity for the projection of a Greek region to millions of viewers all over the world. The members of the crew confessed that they were absolutely overwhelmed and enchanted by the beauties of the region of Epirus in northwest Greece.
