Lake Doxa is an artificial lake spreading between 3 mountains of over 2,000 meters altitude each, thus, it constitutes a spectacular mountainous destination with an attractive tourism infrastructure but also boasting opportunities for the organization of sporting activities and events. In more detail, the Sprint Distance Triathlon will be hosted in the crystal clear waters of Lake Doxa and at the route around it. Swim: 750 meters triangular within the lake, Bike: 20 Km which equals to 5 laps around the lake and Run: 5 Km equal to 1 lap around the lake, all of which in the company of stunning views to the mountain peaks of Ziria and Chelmos. The start is scheduled for Saturday the 13th of July at 18:00 hours when circulation of cars will also stop for the racing purposes.
