EXPOTROF 2014 at the Olympic Fencing Hall, 24-27 January
The 1st EXPOTROF "Food - Beverages - Traditional Flavours", will present more than 150 known and unknown companies and professionals who engage in the production and trading of food and beverages, to the public and consumers for the first time. Products that we know and love so much, as well as, rare and of exquisite quality locally sourced products. The exhibition is meant to be a feast of flavors but also a unique opportunity to purchase products at very special prices.
The exhibition will be portrayed by various recreational and educational events and with the presence of chefs, such as Lefteris Lazarou who is one of the guest stars at the event “Cooking in Greece – Mayirevoume Ellada" with live cooking sessions but many more reputable, professional chefs too from across the country who will be cooking and treating visitors with local specialties throughout the duration of the exhibition.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to taste and purchase from a wide selection of products from the island of Crete, since as many as 40 local producers will be presenting their products while the club Chefs of Crete will continuously prepare mouthwatering dishes in using ingredients from their homeland which are well known both for their taste and for their great nutritional value. On January 25th there will be plenty of music and dancing presentations from local cultural associations and groups from across Greece which invite you to an authentic Greek feast.
EXPOTROF is organized by RM International which has 23 years of experience and more than 50 exhibitions in total, in most of the important exhibition venues of the region of Attica and with more than 1 million visitors.
