Koukoumavlos

Koukoumavlos, in Fira, elevates the Greek cuisine to another dimension and makes every dish into a "work of art"! Nikos Pouliasis is chef and owner of this marvelous place. The restaurant is one of the most famous in our country and guarantees nights of great tasteful experiences. Some of the most favorite dishes in the menu, which you must order, are the roast foiegras on a basis of Constantinople bun with an icing of mastic from Chios and sauce of sesame paste and raspberry, as well as the dessert tiramisu of baked eggplant and a basis of dark chocolate and spices sauce. One of the top restaurants in Santorini. It is an ideal choice for those who appreciate the "awarded" cuisine. It is accommodated in a traditional captain's home of 1845. Raki

If you are looking for something traditional and less "poised" then you should come to Megalohori! In particular, to Raki, the best snack food restaurant of the island. You will relish an affluent breakfast and mouth watering snacks. The cool breeze of its beautiful yard and of course lots of raki will be waiting for you! In Raki you will exclusively find Greek products, while in the evenings (from late June to late September) you can enjoy live Greek music.
