Greek Cuisine is your passport to a tantalizing voyage, at the restaurant within Micra Anglia boutique hotel

When famous chef Evdokia Filakouri was asked, by a known newspaper, to describe her work in 10 words, her answer was: Intensity, passion, pleasure, loneliness, stress, schedule, work, work, work, work. Being creative is her personal passion and using Greek products and ingredients is a priority for the lady chef. This year, she is thriving in the kitchen of the restaurant within the premises of Micra Anglia boutique hotel located in the main town, Chora, of Andros island.

Starters / Antipasti

Fresh Ravioli staffed with smoked eggplant and locally sourced ‘volaki’ cheese           

Veal Carpaccio teamed with vine beans and topped with sour grape sauce
